Confirmed from Clearview Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Park providing a basketball court, playground, and baseball field, as well as picnic tables.
What runners say about Clearview Park
“Nice park, Clean & They always have events for the community.”
My kids had a blast here today. Used to rec room for family get together. Decent parking, two lots. No through way. So if you pull in you have to turn around to get out. Bball quart,Baseball field, playground (with mulch), picnic area with awning, and I think there's a small walking trail.
Great place to take our grandson. He loves the playground and walks along the water. It is nice and shaded as well as safe and fun.
Cool park if you're looking to run a game of b-ball or if you like to take a power walk, jog, or a quick run this is the place and theirs an area for your kids.
It's a park with a lot of history. Nice playground, walking trail and basketball court.

The practical stuff
- AccessPosted hours — posted hours below; park gates sometimes close earlier than the listing says
- DistanceNot reported. Trail systems often quote total path mileage rather than a single loop, so measure the route you actually want before you drive out.
- ShadeNot reported. Assume some of it is exposed and carry water in summer.
- LightingRunners report lights on the path — useful for pre-dawn and after-work miles. Lighting and opening hours are separate things, so check both.
- Stroller / wheelchairReported as smooth and step-free enough for a running stroller or a chair.
