Confirmed from Clow Stephens Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

What runners say about Clow Stephens Park

Pulled from public reviews of this trail (155 of them) — the things people bring up again and again, in their own words. Nothing here is written by us.

well-maintained 11 mentions

“Size is impressive Two nice, well maintained, clean playgrounds to keep kids busy too.”

🐕 dog-walking favorite 3 mentions

“There's a couple play grounds, dog park, and walking paths.”

Amazing dog park. Clean and tons of room to run. Best part is you do not need a permit.

★★★★★ — Mike , Oct 2021

Great private oasis. A nice park with swings, slides, monkey bars, plus plenty of other equipment to climb in, on, and under. There is a playground area up front by the parking lot and a much larger one in back between the meadow and woods.

★★★★★ — Mary , Jul 2023

Nice place to bring the kids and dogs. It's clean and calm. It has a dog section, and two playgrounds which are located on opposite sides of each other. It also has a small walk path around the entire park, but only one small canopy.

★★★★★ — Dario , Aug 2021

Nice big park area with a walking path. The playground is a short walk down, with a smaller playground with exercise equipment in the front of the parking lot. Very clean grounds. Well maintained.

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.

🐕 Dog-friendly 28 mentions

“Giant park, with two playgrounds, giant soccer field, and separated dog parks by size - 30lbs over and under.”
