Very nice place to just sit and look around for a second. There's not too much to do at the Lookout area other than check it out and take off. Unfortunately this area does not connect to the trails in the back. You'll have to drive to that parking lot.
A nice quiet forest reserve, has a small path that lets you walk along the lake and a gazebo where you can look out over the lake from a higher point.
There's no trails here, but there is a nice spot to just sit and watch the lake.
