Confirmed from Clubview Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
What runners say about Clubview Park
“Very clean very well kept with tennis courts and a large playground.”
“As usual, it lacks of natural shade - like trees - to make it confortable on strong sunny days.”
Aw, such a beautiful little park! Basically right across the street from my son‘s house. Very clean very well kept with tennis courts and a large playground. There’s a trail for dog walking or jogging or walking …whatever you like.
Great park. Brand new tennis courts with additional courts for pickle ball now! The gravel walking track is great with the addition of some newly planted trees and new benches.
It is a very nice and well maintained place. The play ground is more suited for older kids, it works for toddler but not perfect. As usual, it lacks of natural shade - like trees - to make it confortable on strong sunny days. Very nice for that area.
Fun park, I like that there is shade built into the play structures. Parking is odd, the entrance is at the dead end of a street. So no parking lot. There is a small bike rack. No porta potty or bathroom.
Trail conditions & character
“They took down the one gazebo, a bit disappointing and for all the renovations, they didn’t add a restroom or drinking fountain, but otherwise, it’s great.”

“I hope they never take those concrete pipes away, those were my favorite.”

The practical stuff
- AccessPosted hours — posted hours below; park gates sometimes close earlier than the listing says
- SurfacePaved — asphalt or concrete. Fast and predictable, runnable year-round, and fine with a stroller
- DistanceNot reported. Trail systems often quote total path mileage rather than a single loop, so measure the route you actually want before you drive out.
- ShadeRunners describe real tree cover here — it makes a summer afternoon workable
- At the trailheadparking, restrooms, water — reported by runners
- DogsWelcome, per reviewers. Leash rules vary by park — the trailhead sign is the authority.
