Confirmed from Cochrane Memorial Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

This is a great place to take a leisurely walk. The ponds have goldfish in them. There are also ducks with fuzzy little babies. Clean bathrooms and picnic tables are available.

Beautiful park with short gravel walking trails throughout. Saw lots of ducks, fish and a frog in the ponds. Safe for families. Clean and well maintained. Clean bathroom near parking lot. Great for a stroll with your dog. Now is the perfect time to visit to see the trees in bloom.

★★★★★ — Lynette , Apr 2025

Excellent park for walks and enjoying the view. There's ponds, wildlife associated with ponds, nice trails and a nice bathroom near the parking lot. Highly recommend for going for a stroll, but if you're looking for a playground to get some energy out you're in the wrong place.

★★★★★ — Noelle , Oct 2025

Great place for a late afternoon stroll with plenty of places to sit and contemplate nature or life. Bring your dog on leash. My chihuahua loves walking around the small pond

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.
