Confirmed from Colorado River Heritage Greenway Park & Trails' own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Riverside recreation area with interpretive signs, picnic tables & access to a network of trails.

This was a great walk About a 2 mile walk to the park directly across from the dam. Flat paved path asking the river as well as a dirt/gravel path for horses. Restrooms at both ends and water fountains and covered shade areas every mile or less. People fishing, walking, swimming, and enjoying the views.
What a wonderful park and trail system for local residents and tourists alike! We visited the area twice yesterday. We drove down near the dam and walked up to the dam itself and down along the River. There is a great playground and easy river access.
Beautiful place,But people think that where the water isn't deep that they don't need a life jacket they do,The current is so bad especially the wave runners keeps it bad quit afew has drowned in that river. Be safe Everyone
We stopped by the park for a short walk. It's a very nice park by the river. The water is crystal clear! Beautiful for walk, picnic and of course water sports fun!
