Confirmed from Mountain View Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

Great place to go outside and beat the heat. Plenty of shade trees and grass, as well as a walking path around the perimeter. Also dog friendly with two fenced dog run areas. We have a home in Bullhead, but love this gem in Laughlin.

Love our park never have been to a community event held here but always want to, normally at work they take place. Has a great trail to run or walk. Has a dog run but definitely not a dog park. Two huge fields for basketball, skater park section is mini has a quarter pipe.

★★★★★ — Dylan , Aug 2023

This is a very nice park with lots to do. Has a splash pad playground doggy park baseball field basketball court volleyball court swings picnic tables and BBQ that are usually pretty clean. Plenty of room to roam and very safe for kids...down off the highway so kids can't run onto the road like some parks.

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.

🐕 Dog-friendly 15 mentions

“I take my dog there once in a while and from what I have seen, everyone is respectful and keeps their dogs on their leashes.”
