Confirmed from Conant Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Pretty park, with picnic tables and BBQ grills, plus hiking paths through the woods.

Perfect place to walk or ride a bike, it's a small park but I recommend visit this place on weekdays, If you go Saturday or Sunday its really busy near of the main entrance.
Nice place to bring the kids. They loved running around on the main ride but also in the open grass. It's very convenient if you come with family, There's a big roofed area with plenty of picnic tables to eat or simply sit down if you want down shade or shelter from rain.
Great walking path with soft bounce and give that's easy on the knees. Wish it was twice as wide to accommodate those walking in groups or fast walkers who want to pass. A separate biker lane would be nice to
