Relaxing park. Nothing really bad to say about this park, there’s a playground and you can bring your pets here. Or just walk or run.
It's a small public park but is a good place to come to walk or run at any time. I guess the barbecues isn't permitted because I've never seen one but there are a playground for the kids.The train station is near.
We found this park while waiting for our train at North Elizabeth Station during our NYC vacation in October 2025. It is much larger than it looks on the map, with many trees, open grassy areas, squirrels and a very relaxed atmosphere. There are also playground and fitness facilities.
This parks needs more benches, a proper restroom and a more equipped playground/ sport equipment. There are very few benches and it is risky to sit on the grass because of tick season. The restroom is one of those stinky plastic portable restroom.
