We have not been able to confirm the surface, distance or shape of Connecticut Trees of Honor Memorial yet from its own listing, the park's website or runner reviews — so those cells stay blank rather than guess. What is below comes straight from the listing and from reviewers' own words. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
What runners say about Connecticut Trees of Honor Memorial
“Beautiful and well taken care of park.”
“Quiet location inside Veterans Park, we enjoyed a short and simple walking path, surrounded by memorial trees and statues.”
This place is really coming together nicely! Quiet location inside Veterans Park, we enjoyed a short and simple walking path, surrounded by memorial trees and statues. Visiting this small park is becoming a tradition for us on a day off such as Memorial or Veteran's day.
This is a very beautiful park. I understand the dog rules and ordinances. I just wish I could walk my dog here. Hes a pretty calm boy, and I always am responsible and have him on leash and pick up after him. The signs are a bit jarring. I am a bit worried someone will say something if I walk him here.
