Confirmed from Constitution Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Kid-friendly park alongside the South River featuring a playground, a picnic shelter and a riverside trail.

“Shade in places when we got there at 630.”
“Great place very beautiful and peaceful.”
Really great place go go for a walk (for yourself or your dog). Parking is never a problem. I see a could people do fishing in this river. There is also a bench area where you can have food with a small party).
I enjoy walking the trail or riding my bike on it. It is not very long but you can usually turn around and ride a few miles on it. It is usually not crowded. I cannot wait til they open the extension.
Absolutely gorgeous views of the surrounding mountains including the entire city of Waynesboro. Pavilion and public bathroom is accessible, clean and open from 6am-10pm, same as the park. Two separate parking lots make parking a breeze with access to trails for hiking.
Beautiful and such an awesome place to go walking or biking! My husband and I got all the time to get some fresh air and to enjoy the scenery. Very well maintained and a ton of parking for easy, free access. The river walk is very refreshing and the path is pretty long and kept up well.
