Confirmed from Ridgeview Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Riverside park offering basketball, baseball, tennis and soccer courts, plus playgrounds and picnic tables.
What runners say about Ridgeview Park
“The pool looks well-maintained although crowded the playground is a lot of fun and you could just sit and mull the day as canoers pass by quietly.”
“We came here for my daughter’s soccer game, and it’s such a beautiful outdoor place!”
If you're looking for family fun this is the place. A pool. Kayaking. Trails. Soccer fields. Playgrounds and just plain laying in a lazy river fun!!!!
We love our walks along the south River. So very peaceful. Park at the Serenity Garden, enjoy the Zen & pretty flowers then find your way down to the riverside.
A beautiful park with walking trails perfect for enjoying with your dog. It features picnic tables, a nice playground for kids, and a scenic river that winds through the park, offering a pleasant spot for a stroll.
This is such a hidden gem! We were passing through town and wanted a place to let the kids get out and run around to stretch their legs. We were initially looking for a playground, but never even made it over there. We found this view and stayed put. The bridge takes you to huge fields.

The practical stuff
- AccessDawn to dusk — the gates close, so do not plan a run that finishes after dark
- DistanceNot reported. Trail systems often quote total path mileage rather than a single loop, so measure the route you actually want before you drive out.
- ShadeNot reported. Assume some of it is exposed and carry water in summer.
- At the trailheadparking, restrooms, water — reported by runners
- Stroller / wheelchairReported as smooth and step-free enough for a running stroller or a chair.
