Confirmed from Cook Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

👟 good for all levels 3 mentions

“It is great for children of ALL ages as well as handicap accessible.”

Love Cook Park, go there all the time! Love walking my dog at the park and bike riding, having picnics, playing basketball and volleyball and watching baseball games.

★★★★★ — Ella , Jun 2021

This park many different amenities. We used the playground but there are baseball fields, walking trails, and an amphitheater. The playground is recommended for 2-5 year olds, is very well maintained and has many unique features.

★★★★★ — Christopher , Jul 2022

Ample parking. Large fenced in playground with zip lines(one with a chair), swings(including baby and chair,) climbing scape with slides, a spinning ball, see saws, a playhouse for the littles. I’m subtracting a star for not enough shaded seating. We went on a 90 degree day and I’m very fair, as are my kids.

★★★★☆ — Emily , May 2018

Awesome park for littles and older kids. There were tons of slides of all different sizes, climbing walls and nets, and even a zip line you can harnes smaller kids into ir they can sit and hold onto for yhe larger kids. It is also enclosed so the littles can freely run around without escaping

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.
