Confirmed from Corwin-Nixon Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Park with a baseball field, a public restroom, and Wi-Fi, plus picnic tables and a trail.
What runners say about Corwin-Nixon Park
“Very clean, well-kept park, Nice fields and playground area.”
“It's gorgeous, there are so many places to walk, and it's great to see the community come out for a local event.”
“One downside is that it doesn’t have many grills and relatively smaller in area but pretty good and peaceful for small gatherings of family and friends!”
Had a great time at the park! Attended the Oct 6 2018, Doughnut Judge Me 5K run/walk. Nice paved trail with a couple moderate inclines. Seating areas provided along the trail. The pond areas are great for watching the wildlife. Plenty of open space as well as shelters for picnicking.
It's a nice place with a paved walking trail. They're finishing up in aquatic center which would be great when it's open.
Large park that has baseball diamonds, soccer fields paved walking paths and shelter house.
Wow! The nicest park I've been to, in the Cincinnati area. All kinds of activities + a massive area for walking, jogging, bike riding, picnicking, and the list can go on and on. Very nice neighborhood with nice people. It's gonna be our place to go for walking our dog although it's a little bit far from our house.
Trail conditions & character
“My kids favorite 😍 park they love it 😍 the only negative part is it doesn't have a restroom 😂 so we have to rush back home if anyone wants to use the restroom .”

The practical stuff
- AccessDawn to dusk — the gates close, so do not plan a run that finishes after dark
- SurfacePaved — asphalt or concrete. Fast and predictable, runnable year-round, and fine with a stroller
- DistanceNot reported. Trail systems often quote total path mileage rather than a single loop, so measure the route you actually want before you drive out.
- ShadeNot reported. Assume some of it is exposed and carry water in summer.
- LightingRunners report lights on the path — useful for pre-dawn and after-work miles. Lighting and opening hours are separate things, so check both.
- At the trailheadrestrooms, water — reported by runners
- DogsWelcome, per reviewers. Leash rules vary by park — the trailhead sign is the authority.
- Stroller / wheelchairReported as smooth and step-free enough for a running stroller or a chair.
