Confirmed from Cottonwood Creek Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Picnic tables & a large-scale playground at a city park bordering Cottonwood Creek.
What runners say about Cottonwood Creek Park
“The park is clean, and it has a lot of little kids art With motivation quote.”
“It is quiet and peaceful with a nice little pond and quite a few picnic tables with a play ground.”
This is my first time visiting this park with my wife & baby boy. My boy he enjoy the trail of slide & swings. They have rubber mats & woods combination for the floors which keeps safe for our kids incase they fall down when they are busy with playing. It’s a great place for small groups parties.
Small & quaint jog/walk trail..No ducks or trurtles of any kind like at other parks. The playground is awesome though...its large and has equipment for special needs children unlike most other parks.
This is one of my favorite park In Irving Texas, it is the best assessability park in this area. Our kids really enjoyed the amenity this part has to offer. Along side of the park there’s also a little trail around a duck pond. It’s a perfect outing for the weekend.
Decent park. Wish there was more paths to the south part. It's a lot of fields, which can be nice depending on what you're going there to do. But still the fields are less tidy the further from the paths you go.
