Confirmed from Northwest Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Recreational park featuring a central pond with ducks & turtles, plus a playground & picnic area.

This is my favorite park in all of north Texas. The city of Irving really takes care of its parks. Lots of loud children and people walking with their animals in a wonderful family environment. 😊 As any park that's totally cared for.
Safe park for all of your activities! Look out for the occasional rule breakers biking there! And remember you’re sharing a space with the ducks and birds, which may require you to slow down as they gracefully cross the path! Be blessed and know Jesus is Lord! Accept Him!
Currently undergoing construction but the park is amazing for photography . I loved the way it's maintained. There are ducks and cranes along the park. Easy to spot and feed. It's a long walk Incase you want to explore the complete park.
