Confirmed from Cove Spring Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

Such a gorgeous park. Trails are kept up with and maintained nicely. This was my first time here. I really enjoy all the things to see and plenty of photo opportunities. Be sure to take a minute to listen to all the different species that call this place home. If you haven't explored Cove Spring, you should!

Missed out on the wetland trail across the entrance...blocked by construction vehicles. Enjoyed cove spring. There were folks in the picnic area, but we had the trail to ourselves except for a gentleman preparing an area for his marriage proposal. Lively quiet hike

★★★★☆ — Darlene , Mar 2025

This is a great place for everyone at any age. The water fall is peaceful and there are different trails for all levels of exercise. Flat for beginners and hills for a more intense workout. And it's pet friendly. A perfect place to come if you love nature.

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.
