Confirmed from East Frankfort Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Ball fields, tennis courts, play areas for dogs & kids & forested walking trails on 47 acres.
What runners say about East Frankfort Park
Very nice and spacious dog park. My only gripe is the parking and lack of signage showing where the entrance is. We ended up going the wrong way and had to walk around the perimeter of the dog park through quite a bit of mud. Could definitely use a sign showing where the entrance is.
I have played disc golf here for years. The park as a whole is nice but the disc golf course has really come a long way. Originally it was an 18 hole course but they have recently increased that to a 24 hole.
Nice spacious park with lots of activities depending on what you are looking for. We just took our dogs here for a walk while we were on our vacation. Clean park with wide open spaces and trails. They also have disc golf, tennis courts and a dog park.
Took my dog there for the first time, she loved it. Had plenty of room to run, fresh water to drink. And wasn't crowded at all

“The park area was okay, there were down trees though and the bathrooms were not in service.”

- AccessPosted hours — posted hours below; park gates sometimes close earlier than the listing says
- DistanceNot reported. Trail systems often quote total path mileage rather than a single loop, so measure the route you actually want before you drive out.

- At the trailheadrestrooms, water — reported by runners
- DogsWelcome, per reviewers. Leash rules vary by park — the trailhead sign is the authority.
