Confirmed from Cow Meadow Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

The sea is cool, there is a small lake, and the lawn is wide,A very large swamp spreads out into the sea so it gives peace. Tennis courts, basketball courts, wall balls, children's playgrounds, Trail course... etc.

Been going here for years, just noticed they now have a dog park for my doggie. Very Nice. Doggy fountain, benches, tables, poop station. Area for large dogs and another for small dogs. Just wish it had a little more shade, maybe they can add a shade sail.

One of my favorite parks. There are 2 playgrounds, a short nature hike perfect for little legs (I timed it and it took my 4 y/o about 9 minutes), lots of space for picnics and activities, a dog park that has separate areas for big and small dogs, nice stroller friendly/accessable walking paths, tennis(I think) and…

I went here for a nature walk with a group of people from the local coffee shop called No Rush Cafe (which is an awesome coffee shop full of local art also). The nature trail is all the way to the right behind where people have barbecues and the kids playground.

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.

  • ShadeNot reported. Assume some of it is exposed and carry water in summer.
  • At the trailheadrestrooms, water — reported by runners
  • DogsWelcome, per reviewers. Leash rules vary by park — the trailhead sign is the authority.
