We have not been able to confirm the surface, distance or shape of Cowling Park yet from its own listing, the park's website or runner reviews — so those cells stay blank rather than guess. What is below comes straight from the listing and from reviewers' own words. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Spacious, clean park with play areas for toddlers and older kids, as well as an obstacle course.

“Cowling Park is such a peaceful and well-kept gem in the heart of the community.”
Very nice community park that has playground equipment, shelter house, walking paths, gazebo, and plenty of open space.
We stopped after a doctor's appointment to let my grandson play since he was very well behaved waiting at the doctors office. It was perfect for him. There are things that he could do on his own but then the play equipment could handle his mom and me running around with him.
I'm always looking for playgrounds that accommodate my grandson who is under 2. He could have spent a whole morning on the train. This park has something for all ages and abilities. Adults and and teens can enjoy the obstacle course, while folks with dogs can walk the trails.
