Confirmed from Cross Seminole Trail's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

“Good scenic traill, to walk, run, bicycle or rollerblading.”
Converted rail trail with a trailhead near the Oviedo aquatics center. This enjoyable quiet walk took us from the aquatics center to the Mitchell Hammock road overpass near the construction site of the new hospital and back (5 mile round trip).
Great and relaxing portion of the trail between Winter Park at Aloma Avenue and Oviedo. You can feel lost in nature even though the busy city traffic is rolling by but not impacting your hike.
Great trail that goes many miles across Oviedo and Winter Springs. The trail is paved and wide enough that it is great for any activity.
Beautiful trail in the Winter Springs section. There is a few overpassses and some scenic streams and tree tunneling. Ocassionally there are turtles, small snakes and small alligators crossing too, so be mindful yet respectful of their homes.
