Confirmed from Crotona Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

I have never had a bad time at this park with my family. My son really enjoys this park as well as the little pond with ducks and geese. We moved so it’s a good walk away now but we occasionally still swing by.

★★★★★ — Zion , Jun 2023

Crotona Park is a very clean and accessible park. If you love to jog or generally do some fitness exercises. There really aren't any benches but you can find a rock to sit on if you choose. My visit was a quiet and peaceful one.

Great park with so many amenities! Tennis court, soccer field, huge lawns of green to have a cookout, picnic, or run with your dogs.

★★★★★ — Rachel , Jun 2025

My family came early to play before movies under the stars started. We walked around an ended up in a cute little playground. There are alot of them in this huge park. This is a great place to take your little ones to play, walk around, and explore. There is also a public pool here and beautiful tennis courts.

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.
