This park is one worth a visit for anyone who loves nature, small lakes for fishing and golf. The cabin stays are updated, most have fireplaces, and, although pricey, there are levels of expense to choose from and all are within walking distance of the fun activities available in the park. I've camped here too.
This park is absolutely beautiful. Very nice to walk around and see beauty. Has a loop around the lake that is easy to walk. Fishing , swimming, hiking, playgrounds, clean restrooms, waterfalls, very nice visitors center, wonderful restaurant with great food and lake views, pavilions for family get togethers, cabin…
Stayed one night in the campground during our way down to FL. There were maybe three sites book of the 100. Sites are close together so I cannot imagine how busy season is. We drove away with a wood screw in our tire. Bathrooms were not very clean in the shower house and drains were slow.
We did not rent a cabin here, but we did check it out. It is definitely on our list to do. This park is beautiful with tons of things to do. Cabins look nice from the outside. Restaurant was excellent. There is a pool in the summer time. Plenty of hiking trails and gorgeous views.
