Confirmed from Cypress Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

What runners say about Cypress Park

Pulled from public reviews of this trail (1,634 of them) — the things people bring up again and again, in their own words. Nothing here is written by us.

well-maintained 6 mentions

“Very well maintained baseball and softball fields at Cypress Park.”

🌳 shaded & cool 3 mentions

“I wouldn’t mind if the park offered more shaded areas, since the sun can be quite unforgiving, but it’s not a drawback that would spoil the fun.”

My recent visit to Cypress Park was a delightful experience, and honestly, it becomes one of my week's highlights every time I go there with my friends to play soccer. The park itself is not luxurious, but it has a laid-back and familiar atmosphere which contributes to the ease and excitement of spending time there.

It's a very nice local park for families, kids, teens and adults. When my daughter was a toddler I would take her to the playground as parking was always easy and it was in a shaded area. There are other parks around that have even bigger playgrounds but this place is perfect and close by for us.

Brand New turf soccer fields, great for practice, the loop around the fields is perfect to ride your bike or your skateboard/scooter/skates. Baseball fields, a playground, basketball and pickleball fields available.. great spot for all workouts... Recently AEDs were installed throughout the park.

★★★★★ — Oliver , Sep 2024

This place is popular spot with great amenities like baseball fields, soccer fields, basketball courts, and a playground. It's also got a walking trail and is near other parks like Cypress Hammock Park and Orchid Park. Also cleanliness, safety and well maintained facilities. Also AED and wheelchair accessibility.

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.
