Confirmed from Orchid Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Small, serene park with colorful flowers, grassy lawns & a pond, plus boardwalks & a picnic shelter.
What runners say about Orchid Park
“Beautiful little Park great for photo shoots”
“Though the foot trail and boardwalks are small its quiet and safe to walk alone.”
Today was my first time at this park and it did not disappoint. My son and I enjoyed our lunch at the pavilion. The squirrels were the cutest and very entertaining. We also saw 2 iguanas. They have a little free library and we were able to enjoy walking part of the trail.
It's a nice little park with a small nature path, a boardwalk path, and tennis courts. There's also a small children's water park here that looks fun.
This is a nicely shaded park that has a walking trail that runs between this park and Cypress Hammock Park next door. If you walk the loop at Orchid Park and walk the boardwalk trail that spans the two parks, it's just over a half mile starting/ending at the parking lot.
If you want privacy and feel in the woods, this is the park to go. It has small serene trail that you can walk 10x to reach your goal. Very quiet, there are also tennis and basketball courts next door.
