Confirmed from Davidsonville Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

What runners say about Davidsonville Park

Pulled from public reviews of this trail (309 of them) — the things people bring up again and again, in their own words. Nothing here is written by us.

well-maintained 7 mentions

“Other than that, the fields are comfortable and very well maintained.”

🏞️ beautiful scenery 4 mentions

“Our beautiful community park that is clean and well maintained.”

Anne Arundel County Recreation Park with multiple athletic fields and paved walking path. Park is clean and manicured, leashed dogs welcome. The path is a great place to get your walk on, there are also a few foot paths around the park. When sports are in season it is a bit busy but parking is still good.

Our beautiful community park that is clean and well maintained. Davidsonville Gators teams play various sports here and there is a nice 1.5 mile trail along the perimeter of the park that is paved, but no lights at dawn. There are porta pottys located around the park.

My bf and his 12 year old love it here! We love going trout fishing early spring or Bass fishing! It's always clean, and well taken care of. The only downside is a lot of people do catch over there limit, but there's usually a park ranger walking around checking for fishing licenses and what you've caught.

The playground could be larger. They only have one structure and a few swings. The hike itself is nicely paved so it is bike and wheel chair friendly. They have many fields and are set up differently per sport.

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.
