We had such an amazing experience at De Leon Springs! The park itself is beautiful, peaceful, and full of incredible scenery and wildlife, but what really made our visit special were the wonderful people working there. Ranger Mike is absolutely fantastic. He is so personable, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind.
Clear springs, deep section with scuba divers while we were there. We took the afternoon river cruise and the tour guide was great. Saw manatees and alligators. The pancake house looked yummy, we will definitely eat there next time. Nice walking trails as well.
Beautiful Spring! This was our 3rd attempt to get in and finally we did get to visit. Best time to visit would be Mon-Thurs, not as crowded and has plenty of availability. Tons of picnic tables, restrooms & common areas are clean. When you visit don't forget to eat at Old Sugar Mill Pancake House, it's the best!
Nice park with natural springs. Well maintained & not too crowded on day I visited. There are plenty of spaces around spring pool to hang out. There are some nice trails to explore & discover the interesting history of the park. There is a gift shop, boat rides & the pancake house(a must do).
