It was very enjoyable to rest under the tall trees in the shade after the Art Museum. We enjoyed walking through the gardens. The flowers were beautiful and smelled great. We enjoyed the art and fountains. There were a lot of picture opportunities at this park. We rode the bus downtown and made a day out of it.
City Park in Denver, CO is like, super awesome! It's such a chill place to hang out, you know? The park has these cool vibes with all the greenery and the lake views. It's like the perfect spot for a laid-back walk or a fun picnic with friends.
Wonderful place to hang around and well connected with public transport. The museum of natural history and the zoo are close to the city park. Weekends would be crowded. The city park is amazing gree pasture for an evening or early morning walk. The lake in the middle is beautiful but needs upkeep in certain places.
The name is very accurate, I've verified. Large Park with two lakes to relax by and plenty of wide trails to cycle, run, walk, or any combination of the three. There are also two statues of people, who I'm assuming are of some historical importance unless they just made statues of random park patrons. Nice park.
