Confirmed from Discovery Well Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

Beautiful place for sunset, just down from hilltop park. Also a good place to park and make the walk up.

this was a great park to visit in the afternoon and there was plenty of parking available when i stopped by. the view is great and there's a playground for kids as well. the stairs are fun to walk up and down to get pumped while enjoying the space.

★★★★★ — Fernando , Jun 2021

Neighborhood park with slides, playground, basketball court, picnic shelters, a community building and amazing views. We rode the trail from Signal Hill Hilltop park and enjoyed the amazing views with lots of other walkers and runners. We recommend hiking on the trails here we love it.

★★★★☆ — Chris , Jan 2019

Playground was good, trail was a little confusing but well kept. Was a group having a kids birthday, which was fine except they were playing explicit music loud enough for everyone, so we had to leave. But other than that it was nice.

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.
