Confirmed from Dixieland Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Large destination featuring a disc golf course, along with a playground and a picnic area.

It's an interesting park with a large retention lake from the nearby water treatment plant. There are a few playground areas, a pavilion, and part of the park has a disc golf course. Bird wise: it's a really great place to bird during the winter when the ducks arrive.
Trail conditions & character
“It has a covered area for hosting events and a nice view of the water reserve you obviously can't fish there but a water view is still a plus.”
