Confirmed from Arroyo Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
What runners say about Arroyo Park
“There is always friendly people and very clean park to play both on the basketball court and playground.”
This trail is always so nice to walk/jog through. Anytime there's sunshine (lately it's been cloudy and cold), I make sure to go out there! There is a variety of ways to go and many uphill and down paths. I enjoy it every time!
Beautiful trails and birds and Outdoor Experience you'll want to experience.
If I could ride these trails every day I would. The RGV is slowly getting some really nice mtb trails and this is definitely one of them. See you out there and stay safe.
Nice path for walking or biking. Challenging off road bike trails throughout.

The practical stuff
- AccessOpen 24 hours — no gate to beat, so a 5am or a 10pm run both work
- DistanceNot reported. Trail systems often quote total path mileage rather than a single loop, so measure the route you actually want before you drive out.
- ShadeNot reported. Assume some of it is exposed and carry water in summer.
