Great place to walk! there are always ppl walking/jogging/biking. Great if you have little ones. The creek is is a favorite when it’s hot. You will see families spending the day in the shady creek away from the heat. Very pet friendly trail. The restrooms are clean.
Dry Creek Trailhead is the best. It's my perfect go to spot for the past decade. Great place to take a walk, to take photos and videos.
My son and I decided to spend the morning exploring this trail, and we had a great time. We followed the creek-side path on the way out, enjoying the scenery, listening to birds, and watching several lizards dart across the trail.
Plenty of space to park and a nice hike through the dry creek area at the edge of the Sacramento suburbs.
