Confirmed from Eagle Mountain Bike Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

What runners say about Eagle Mountain Bike Park

Pulled from public reviews of this trail (146 of them) — the things people bring up again and again, in their own words. Nothing here is written by us.

👟 good for all levels 2 mentions

“There was big drops and small drops and easy trails and hard trails.”

Whoever got this approved is a true Gem for our community! The people who build it and maintain it are also amazing. I love taking a quick run over here after work and doing a quick rhythm session or some rips with my brothers on the downhill trails.

It's kind of an under-recognized gem. They've got great trails with lots of technical build-out. It's never crowded. You almost always have the mountain to yourself. The only problem is finding the trail lines at the top. Not well labeled, but whatever way I've gone down, I've had a good time.

First time to the eagle mountain bike Park. Haven't written for a while. I really loved it because there was trails everywhere and there's something there for everybody. There was big drops and small drops and easy trails and hard trails. And just playing around at the bike park at the bottom was fun too.

★★★★★ — Brad , Feb 2025

There's some trails and wooden features as well as a few jumps my kids love to session. Some of the tougher trails have interesting features for mid to advanced skill riders. The black trail has some knee high drops, a wall ride and a 15ish foot tabletop that's pretty easy to clear.

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.

“Great soil that is perfect for shoulder days when trails are too muddy elsewhere northern utah.”

“It can get confusing when you're on top of the Hill and are going down, lots of the trails criss cross but they all lead to the bottom.”
