Confirmed from Smith Ranch Regional Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
What runners say about Smith Ranch Regional Park
“The grand opening just happened, so it’s no wonder it’s so clean and nice, I hope it stays that way!”
“While not all of the equipment is for all ages, between the three, there will e something for everyone.”
First suggestion, there are no benches to sit on aside from the picnic tables. It’d be really nice to be able to sit down and watch your kids without having to bring a camp chair or blanket to sit on, or watch from a distance in the pavilion.
Great fields for soccer, football running around. The playground is fun and geared towards younger children. Plenty of parking and bathrooms.
A truly awesome park! Three separate playgrounds are connected by a long walking trail, encouraging you to walk and explore with your kids. Each playground has natural themes and is thoughtfully constructed. While not all of the equipment is for all ages, between the three, there will e something for everyone.
This park has been redone and cleaned up and it’s fantastic. Three large playground areas, a skate park, a ninja course, and a trail looping the whole park. Also several gazebos with picnic tables scattered around the grounds.
