Confirmed from Eagle Nature Trail at Central Texas College's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

The Eagle Nature Trail at Central Texas College is nice little trail if you’re wanting to connect with nature or just going on a nice relaxing hike. I liked that there shady areas, so we wasn’t in direct sunlight the entire trail. There were a lot of pretty butterflies flying around. I tried to get some pics of them.

Great little trail. About 3mi. I wouldn't recommend running but you can do some running and walking. I went in May and it was freshly trimmed. Lots of wildflowers, diverse vegetation, and diverse terrain. I loved it!

This CTC walking trail is very nice during the spring has lots of flowers and as well laid out. There are signs along it pointing out different items animal burrows, trees, and it has benches.

This was a great little hike that definitely got my heart rate up! It had great shade and nice views. There were also benches throughout the hike if you needed/wanted to stop and rest.

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.
