Confirmed from Eagle Point Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
This 164-acre park features tri-state & Mississippi River views, plus playgrounds & a band shell.

This is a great place to walk around and have a picnic. They have a variety of shelters that you can pick from. You can reserve the shelters. They have a little pond with Fish koi also called curb. They have a little area that sprays water for small children to get cooled off.
An absolute landmark! One of the best city parks in Iowa. Plenty of hiking, picnicking, gathering areas. Great for any occasion. Beautiful scenic overlook of the Mississippi River and the lock and dams. Some of the oldest and best pavilions of any parks anywhere. Many modern conveniences with a cool rustic look.
Sweet park that we found with a quick google search for things to do in Dubuque. Great views from the lookout. Had to be half a dozen playground in the park. Cool fish pond and amphitheater.
