Awesome, very well maintained compound. A huge area, with multiple baseball, softball, soccer, and lacrosse fields, also a skateboard park, bicycle/jogging/walking track and a large enclosed gym. The "Chamber of Commerce", etc. is also located in this area.
This is a soccer and baseball area, multiple fields. Bathrooms are available, and it is next to a walking trail. No playground.
