We have not been able to confirm the surface, distance or shape of Lakeshore Bike Park yet from its own listing, the park's website or runner reviews — so those cells stay blank rather than guess. What is below comes straight from the listing and from reviewers' own words. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

What runners say about Lakeshore Bike Park

Pulled from public reviews of this trail (6 of them) — the things people bring up again and again, in their own words. Nothing here is written by us.

Fun park for kids Short trails with options Good trails well taken care of .25 mile loops with option for easy or intermediate or expert. Not worth a daytrip but a nice park to build confidence for a new bike or kids new to small jumps and berms. Hubby and I went after dropping so. At event at WGU.

★★★★☆ — Logan , Oct 2025

Very fast and fun. Nice berms and jumps and the climb is just short enough to get in plenty of reps in just an hour. Fun steep hill at the end of the beginner downhill. Good one to master confidence on before tackling the super fun intermediate run. Awesome to have this in Carrollton.

★★★★★ — Whitney , Aug 2024

Not very long trails but they are amazing would fs recommend. Many downhill trails that are technical just wish they would take down that fence that’s kinda in the way of the double black diamond trail, hope they modify the trails in the future and make them bigger but there still great.

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.
