Perfect place to walk. Out to the end and back is about an hour walking, but I stop to photograph birds as it is a great place to find all sorts of water fowl, eagles, hawks, herons, etc... Today I even saw a seal, which seemed odd, but the water runs into Puget Sound.
Whats missing from google maps is the ebey waterfront trail. This is a nice trail with very less traffic. The trail was well paved with picnic tables at the end and many scenic rest stops in between. The only disturbance is the sound of traffic on I-5 near the starting of the trail.
Absolutely beautiful trail and park! So many beautiful and cool things to see and explore! Paved trail, easy and accessible for everyone. The playground is a little small but it's still a fun adventure for the kids, especially after walking! Lots of parking, open bathrooms and everything is up kept well!
Paved walkway along the water. Often see eagles, kingfisher, hummingbirds, ducks, Canadian geese, seals, and river otters. Good place for families and seniors. I ride my bike here regularly and never tire of the changing scene.
