Confirmed from Ellison Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

“Very nice park for people of all ages.”

I enjoyed this park. It's well kept and easy to get in and out of. Fun for all ages. Picnic area clean with plenty of picnic tables. Play area is safe for the littles. Plenty of space to run and play or sit if you're a grandparent. There's even a nice restroom which I appreciated. I will go back.

A great place to go and relax go for a walk see all that they have to offer everyone. Great place to take your family. Has play ground for kids. Can BBQ make a day out it and enjoy all they have. Have plenty of places to go if you want alone time too. I have never been disappointed all the times I have gone there.

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.
