Confirmed from Embshoff Woods And Nature Preserve's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Outdoor park, featuring trails, playgrounds, sheltered picnic areas and exercise stations.

Its a beautiful place. It has 20workout board along the trail. It’s fun to go out with friends and do those exercises. This park also has disc golf, children play area
Love coming here with my pups, they enjoy all the open space to run around. Rainy days are the best time for us to come, so peaceful and beautiful. Occasionally it can be a little too crowded, but what can you expect for such a great park.
This is a really short trail. There are some portable toilets near the parking. Dog friendly. There are some really funny parkour activities you can do while you walk through if you want to (pull up bars and rings, hurdles and etc). Trail has some steps to it so if you use a wheelchair it might be challenging.
