Confirmed from Ernst Bike Trail Bailey Trailhead's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
What runners say about Ernst Bike Trail Bailey Trailhead
“It's beautiful but need to do some maintenance on the trail.”
UPDATED 5/30/24!! The bridge is in and it is beautiful! The trail is good to go all the way Meadville to Conneaut Lake and back! We are so fortunate to have such a wonderful, well-maintained trail that keeps growing and getting better with time and energetic volunteers 🚲🥾📷🦆🦅🦉 Love this connector to the paved portion…
Good access to the Ernst Bike Trail at its furthest point from Meadville.
It's beautiful but need to do some maintenance on the trail. The trail needs turned up the moss is very slippery and older folks could fall. That's my only complain. If your looking for wildlife to photograph this is the place to be.
This is the more unused trailhead parking. The trail that connects with the main Bean trailhead to Krider trailhead is not paved but is a good solid gravel. It also runs through a nice cool stretch of woods.
