Early weekday morning 5k walks are quiet and serene. Recent construction at the south end is not really any impact. Love to take snaps of the many flowers and wildlife
I walk on this trail from the Elk River nature preserve to the Del Norte Pier Dog Park for miles everyday and live just a half a block from Humboldt Bay.
Eureka Waterfront Trail offers sweeping views of the waterfront and lagoon, plus enjoyable bird‑watching. The paths are clear and well maintained, with both paved and gravel sections suitable for walking, cycling, jogging, and dog walking. Parking was plentiful during our visit, and we felt safe—even after dark.
I came on a day when it was raining with no rain gear so the rain caught me when I wasn't ready but there was plenty of things to see lots of ducks it's a beautiful place to go walk around bring someone to a date or just have you time I personally enjoy sitting down at the bridge watching the sunset go down especially…
