We have not been able to confirm the surface, distance or shape of Fancher-Davidge Park yet from its own listing, the park's website or runner reviews — so those cells stay blank rather than guess. What is below comes straight from the listing and from reviewers' own words. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

This park is a hidden gem! They allow fishing (just make sure you have a permit), and there are plenty of peaceful trails to walk, perfect for getting some fresh air with your dog. Just be sure to clean up after them! The pool is a great bonus, especially in the summer.

★★★★★ — Peche , Jul 2025

Nice park with a fairly large covered area with tables and benches ideal for a meal even when the weather is less than ideal. The lake is calming and it seems you can fish. Playground for kids, several parking lots around the place and a walking trail, just watch out for poop (from the geese I guess)

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.

🏞️ Scenic views 4 mentions

“There is pool area in the summer a beautiful frozen pond in the winter.”
