Confirmed from Felicita County Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Expansive area offers various sports fields, two playgrounds, walking paths & a disc golf course.
What runners say about Felicita County Park
“The park its situated in is very well maintained with plenty of space and shade for the festivities.”
“This particular park was an absolute gem and provided the most breathtaking scenic backdrops, making for truly stunning wedding photos.”
Felicita Park is great! Lots of parking and picnic tables. winding trails that span the entire property, and a flowing Creek that runs the length of it as well. You can go pretty far back with smaller more precarious trails or just the casual easy ones.
Beautiful Park! Pleasantly surprised!! It's very peaceful and adventurous. There is a playground and lots of benches and tables throughout the Park to rest or eat on. There are clean bathrooms. There is also a stage and dancing area.
As a photographer, I'm constantly exploring new venues, and photographing a wedding in a nature park always brings me immense joy. This particular park was an absolute gem and provided the most breathtaking scenic backdrops, making for truly stunning wedding photos. It certainly didn't disappoint!
Went there for Escondido Renaissance Faire. This is a lovely event, and the park is beautiful. We live in Arizona, and this park kind of makes me want to move nearby. It's beautiful, rocks and trees, lots of hiking areas. Park rangers and Faire staff and participants were friendly.
