Purchased a bike and decided to get some fresh air. Rode the Fish Creek Bike Trail and really enjoyed the scenary.
Great for walks even better if you have a bike the trail Stretches all the way out to grand prairie. Some cons: a lot of unpicked dog poop.
Laid-back park with a small hill, shaded pavilion, and clean walking trails. Fish Creek Linear Park is right behind the Walgreens on Sublett. It’s easy to miss the parking lot — I drove right past it — but once you find the entrance, the space opens up.
I love this trail and use it often. Some recent additions of workout sections and public bathroom are a major improvement. Thanks so much. My biggest wish is that the Grand Prairie side would be as well maintained as the Arlington portion. We live in Grand Prairie and bike on the sidewalk to the Matthew Rd trailhead.
