Confirmed from Florida Trail Land Bridge Trailhead's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Trailhead featuring an equestrian parking & wash-down area, plus restrooms & potable water.

I like to walk in nature. Well-marked trails, love that there are some hills, as I live in the lowcountry. The biggest problem is that you can't really lose yourself in nature, as you hear traffic from I-75 for pretty much the entire trail. That's no fault of the park service - trails are well-marked and maintained.
Plenty of parking with restrooms. Bike wash also available. Guided horse tours also available. Great trail head for riding west to cross the Land Bridge to reach Canal Diggings and Nyal's loop @ 20 miles total. Adding Ern and Burn with Troll trails for about 26 miles total.
This is my absolute favorite hike in central Florida. If you go past the land bridge and continue the trail, it has some nice elevation gain. If you use your imagination a bit, you can almost get the feel like your on part of a mountain trail somewhere in the northeast.
My favorite trail system in the area. One of the more maintained sections of the Florida Trail. It has options for all levels and activities. There's a surprising amount of diversity in the flora and frequency in fauna. The landbridge over the highway is a unique touch. Ample parking and it's all free.
