Confirmed from Fogwell Forest - ACRES Land Trust's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

Update: Sept 7. Great beautiful walk. Such color and life...see photos. Bit muddy but it is February. Nice scenic field walk into forest. Looks like lots of trees down due to wetness or wind or both. Nice stopping places for rests or whatever. Overall nice long walk, nice area.
A place to take an easy stroll for 2.4 miles. Grasshopper warning for the fall season.
Beautiful and diverse wildlife and plants. Sort hike with lots to observe. Very well cared for and clear paths. Great place for learning hike and/or field guide hiking.
Preserve consists of half of the trails outside on field land and the other half through the woods. Fieldl and trails have lots of twists and turns and long grasses. Trails were well groomed and flat. Trails through the woods are an easy walk with lots of twists and turns.

“Parking with a large SUV can be tricky if meeting several friends there as it is very hard to back out or around vehicles in the primitive small lot.”

“A great walk with a balance of sunshine and a shaded area with trees, it was a nice touch to have bridges and even stumps used as stepping stones in the muddy areas of the forest.”

- At the trailheadparking — reported by runners
