Confirmed from Folsom City Lions Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
What runners say about Folsom City Lions Park
“Very warm the day I was there and of course the water is low great view lots of Wildlife really a nice place to visit.”
“There's so much fun but in the summer time, it needs more shade for the actual playground area so the kids don't get burned climbing on the structures.”
“I love that this playground has different play structures for all ages.”
It's beautiful walks and trails. The riders do go fast so be alert and there is a side dirt trail for safe walking. So many interesting life of God's creatures. We love it here. So much to relax and enjoy and for children to learn.
It's a pretty easy walk. Very warm the day I was there and of course the water is low great view lots of Wildlife really a nice place to visit.
This park is amazing! Next to the Folsom Library & natural preserve zoo area. Also make sure to ride the mini train! It's so fun & great for the entire family. The park has a older style parking lot that is a bit of a walk from the park. Park is huge & has a few play structures & walking trails.
My wife and daughters and in-laws had a blast here! The play structures are unique and fun and allow for kids of any age to have plenty of activities to explore and participate in! This time of year is great for the trees changing to fall colors, and the weather is incredibly pleasant to run around and play!
