Confirmed from Forest Glen Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

Overall a nice place to let your children play there are some different unique things that my child love like the roller slide and the sway away the layout of the playground equipment made it so much fun to run around I was right there with them and all the other parents children.

This is great park. Usually always other kids here for mine to play with. Nice shaded pavilion with picnic tables to rest at. The playground sections are big and interconnect so the kids have a great time running around.

I was just walking my dog there, but I was very impressed with the children's play equipment and the surfaces of the play areas.

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.

Stroller / ADA accessible 3 mentions

“My toddler likes this park, and I like that there's a circular sidewalk around it so I can push my 7-month-old in the stroller around while monitoring my older son.”
